You will have to recruit a larger team to get that small core effective team that you want. That whole 80/20 rule thing. The training from your network marketing company is great for learning about the company, the compensation plan, and the products. Their training for how to do network marketing will probably focus on the traditional methods which only applies if that is how you want to do it. It does work for some, just not for me. I agree.
